SVR 20 (TSR 20) is a type of rubber that is produced from secondary latex, resulting in a hard nature. When SVR 20 is mixed with RSS, CV50, and Latex in appropriate proportions, it produces high-quality products that particularly meet the basic requirements of tire technology.

The raw materials used for processing SVR 20 include secondary latex such as latex, cup, and latex. These materials are blended together in suitable proportions to create products of superior quality. Due to the different nature of the raw materials used in manufacturing this type of rubber, a more stringent quality control process is required compared to other classes derived from latex (such as SVR L or CV).

The production process for SVR 20 involves several steps, including preliminary washing of materials, chopping, shredding to reduce size, and drying. These steps are necessary to obtain rubber crumb from rubber latex.

SVR 20 has a characteristic hardness. Therefore, it is commonly used in tire technology by mixing it with low-level RSS and CV50 to produce high-quality final products. Additionally, SVR 20 can be combined with grades derived from latex to create a General Purpose (GP) product that meets the basic requirements of tire technology.

Apart from its applications in tire manufacturing, SVR 20 also finds use in other industries such as the tire repair industry, production of anti-shock cushioning products, and railway rubber.
